Irregardless of the size vessel The Belize Port Authority requires that a notice of arrival be tendered a minimum of 48 hours in advance.
For the regular mega yachts, in order to commence with the documentation and notice of arrival we would ideally like to have no later than seven days prior to arrival a copy of the vessel’s registration, crew list and passenger list should there be passengers arriving with the vessel upon arrival. In order for us to do this please click the general yacht information form link below and there you can also upload your crew list, passenger list and a copy of your registration.
For those small yachts, we do offer the service
- Tendering your notice of arrival with the Belize Port Authority
- Preparation of your arrival documentation and emailing it to you digitally for you to simply print, sign and present to the relevant authorities upon your arrival.
For yachts coming and requiring our assistance kindly complete the general yacht information form. Upon completion the information will then be transferred automatically to us and we will then to the Notice of Arrival form for submission and emailing you two sets of files containing documentation for your to print.
A copy of the approved NOA will be emailed to you upon Belize Port Authority's approval.
