For outbound clearance out of BIG CREEK after loading duty free fuel
Once a vessel is taking on fuel a representative from Ventura Yacht Agency will be at the dock attending to the loading of fuel onto vessel and outbound clearance.

Ventura’s representative will first get the fuelling started.  Once that is flowing Ventura’s representative will collect from you
Passports

Thereafter the procedures can be done ashore by Ventura.  We would need about 45 minutes to visit the various departments, get passports stamped, obtain clearance and have passports and clearance delivered back to you.
