The services of a dive guide can be arranged.
There are very few guides who know the entire country. Dive guides usually run expensive and because most are regional in that they are familiar with either the northern or southern portion of the country, we normally end up picking up a guide in Belize City for the northern and eastern portion of the country and another guide from Placencia for the southern portion.
The guide will need somewhere to sleep on board or sent back ashore to either Belize City or Placencia at night. Once out of Belize City, San Pedro or Placencia there are really no hotels off shore where the guides can sleep.
It is only all down in the Sapodilla Range where we can get a guide for that area and he has somewhere to sleep ashore.
