The transfer to the Belize International Airport normally takes approximately 20 minutes from or to the Radisson Fort George Dock and approximately 30 minutes from the Cucumber Beach Marina.
When your guests are coming in, your crew can calculate that takes approximately 1 hour to 1 hour 15 minutes after landing for the guests to arrive aboard. However if your guests are landing after hours then this time cuts down to about 45 minutes for the guests to arrive aboard.
If your guests are departing commercial, the international airlines request for a two hour advance check in and the guests need to pay in US$ the departure taxes of US$39.25 per person.
If your guests are private, well then you can calculate 20 minutes to the airport from the Radisson dock or 30 minutes from the Cucumber Beach Marina and once at the airport their passports will need to get them stamped by immigration which normally takes about 10 to 15 minutes tops, then escorted through security and aboard aircraft plus another 15 minutes for plane to taxi and wheels up.
Ventura Yacht Agency offers the service of ground transfer to or from the Airport using as pictured here a clean 2006 Toyota Haice high top van. The van has a carrying capaity of 15 persons with no luggage or can carry 11 persons plus space for luggage.
We can also arrange for a second vehicle for only luggage or guests and luggage.
